What first comes to mind when I think about Marco is that huge genuine smile!  In his comfortable light green vest and khaki safari slacks and hiking boots, because of his warm glow, close cropped shaved head often coiffed with a multicolored knit cap and peaceful demeanor, he is often alluded to as the ‘Little Buddha’.  It is an understandable comparison.  Marco is compassionate, exuding a heart-felt warmth and friendliness, greeting old friends and new with a big sincere smile, and always listening he understands and encourages you to your best!  In one word Marco is ‘Authentic!’

One of Marco’s key elements for success, besides his clear vision, though, is in his ability to pull together and lead a diverse and pluralistic work force.

He builds good relationships with all people in every aspect of his business:  internally with his staff, with his business support resources such as MEDA, with his suppliers, and last but not least—this results in great friendly service and good food and entertainment value for his diners which is reflected in the volume and success of his business.

Marco provides a milieu where diners receive ‘full’ attention.  It is a warm and friendly environment serving tasty food in ample portions which reflects great value for the price.

Finally, and last but not least, all his staff ‘personally’ connect with the diners with heart felt warmth, but never, never, never to the point of inappropriate intrusiveness.  Just the right balance of warmth and professional service.
