Dining at Bissap Baobab is celebrating life, not just with the plentiful and exotically just spiced right dishes, but a celebration in the warm glow of the cozy warm surroundings, in the moist and warmly melodic equatorial music, with friends and among friendly-smiling hosts.

What is the dining experience like at the Baobab?  Well let me tell you!  It is a place I go to recharge my batteries, so to speak, a place to replenish my whole soul.  To delight in good and tasty ample portions of unique and savory West African dishes which are modestly priced.  I go there to experience the friendliness, respect and warmth of Marco’s exuberant smile and the joyful greetings of his staff.  Never go alone, this is a refreshing experience to share with your loved ones, your friends.  The undercurrent of this supportive communal experience is summed by Marco who said that in his country operating a restaurant is not just thought of as a business, rather, he says "…it’s a place for socializing, it’s atmosphere, it is well-being.  You have to feel happy when you work."
