In addition to his charming, charismatic and affable character, still, Marco has done his homework.  Formally studying the hospitality industry here in San Francisco at Golden Gate University, Marco assiduously transformed his knowledge into a thriving business.  He thoroughly researched and planned his business.  Not only self-reliant, he also sought out and accepted good business advice from professional support organizations such as MEDA—the Mission Economic Development Association—who have been very instrumental in his progress.
